bkbd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bkbd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bkbd platform, accessible at https://bkbd.onl, and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bkbd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a player on the bkbd platform for the purposes of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet converted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback amount, or reload bonus credited to an account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Access to and use of the bkbd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bkbd strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. Registration by an underage individual constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal entities may not register accounts on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, including on bkbd itself, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during account activity.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bkbd. If bkbd identifies duplicate accounts registered by the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and bkbd reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

bkbd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and at any other time bkbd requests additional verification. The required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.

bkbd processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or fraud prevention obligations.

4.1 Deposits. Players may fund their bkbd account using the payment methods available on the platform, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. bkbd does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the funds are confirmed by the respective payment processor. bkbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks. 4.2 Withdrawals. Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's withdrawal capability.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bkbd processes standard withdrawal requests within one to four hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bkbd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your responsibility.

bkbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim a given promotional offer once only, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on bkbd are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections before confirming. bkbd will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.

6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are governed by the specific sport rules published on the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bkbd's decision based on verified official result sources shall be final.

6.3 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), and crash games — use independently certified random number generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or sporting event — including server interruptions, feed failures, or software errors — bkbd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account. bkbd shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

• Minimum single bet: ৳10
• Maximum single bet: stated per market/game at the time of wagering
• Maximum payout per single bet: ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is expressly communicated

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bkbd platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information abuse, or any other form of sports betting fraud.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer titles, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bkbd platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit purpose.

All content on the bkbd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bkbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bkbd content without prior written permission from bkbd.

Game titles provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to bkbd for display on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkbd's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bkbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkbd shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bkbd's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bkbd.

bkbd will not sell your personal data to third parties. 12.1 Amendments. bkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the amendment takes effect.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement.
